Imagine if puzzles could talk!
Coordinating complex information and analysing knowledge flow and how people access and use their information and knowledge is like a fascinating puzzle, that speaks to how we can build upon culture for better business and Human Resources outcomes. Knowledge coaching is a cross between knowledge management and change management and is a helping hand to becoming better using good writing as the basis for good staff experience when accessing the documents they need in business operations.
Kelly-Ann van Setten is the founder of Knowledge Systems. She has years of government and private business experience, and has been complimented as a technical goddess and unicorn with a great eye for detail, and just a really kind person. Her unicorn-ness is around being an all-out nerd, having studied neuroscience and engineering, crossed with an artistic love for people and the abstract. She is also an opera singer in training and holds an Arts degree in creative writing.
Kelly-Ann understands that in worlds of complex jargon, clarity reigns supreme - and it underpins good writing. Good writing in turn can facilitate better access to information and more efficient business processes. These things facilitate knowledge sharing, and sound and equanimous knowledge sharing equals good corporate culture. Replace every ‘huh?’ with ‘aha!’ and everyone is happier.
